ChurchConnectGH is a cloud-based church management and administration platform that provides tools for:
- Membership management
- Attendance tracking
- Financial reporting
- Multi-branch administration
- Church communication
- Reporting and analytics
User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- maintaining account confidentiality
- protecting login credentials
- ensuring authorized usage
- managing user permissions within their organization
ChurchConnectGH is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
Subscription and Billing
Access to certain platform features may require paid subscriptions.
By subscribing, you agree to:
- pay applicable subscription fees
- maintain valid payment methods
- comply with billing terms
Payments are processed through Paystack and other approved payment providers.
Subscription fees may change with prior notice.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- upload malicious content
- interfere with platform operations
- violate applicable laws or regulations
ChurchConnectGH reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data Ownership
Churches retain ownership of their organizational data entered into the platform.
By using ChurchConnectGH, users grant us limited rights necessary to:
- host
- process
- secure
- back up
- display platform data
for operational purposes.
Platform Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary downtime may occur due to:
- maintenance
- upgrades
- technical issues
- third-party service interruptions
Communications and Notifications
Churches may use the platform to send:
- notifications
- reminders
- announcements
- reports
Users are responsible for ensuring communications comply with applicable laws and recipient permissions.
SMS and third-party communication costs may apply separately.
Limitation of Liability
ChurchConnectGH shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of data
- service interruptions
- financial losses
- unauthorized account access
- third-party service failures
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- non-payment
- policy violations
- fraudulent activity
- misuse of the platform
Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, content, and design elements are the property of ChurchConnectGH unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute platform materials without authorization.

Use of ChurchConnectGH is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
